PRODUCT DETAILS
Van Air Systems F200 Series compressed air and gas filters are rugged, industrial grade filters designed to remove oil, compressor lubricant, mists, and water droplets. F200 filters are constructed of cast aluminum and are available in a range of sizes and configurations, with nominal flow ratings from 15 CFM to 1250 CFM. Nominal flow ratings are based on an operating pressure of 100 PSI. An operating pressure above 100 PSI increases the flow capacity of the filter; operating below 100 PSI decreases the capacity of the filter. The maximum allowable working pressure of all F200 Series filters is 250 PSIG. F200 Series filters meet oil and solid particle removal specifications of ISO standard 8573-1. Pressure loss is a hidden operating cost in compressed air systems. F200 Series filters are designed to minimize pressure loss. Each filter includes a pop-up differential pressure indicator that changes from green to red when the filter element needs replacing. F200 Series filters are approved use with compressed air, sweet natural gas (manual drain only), and all inert gases. F200 Series filters are cast, machined, and assembled in both the U.S. and U.K.
